UF All Access: A Simplified Login Guide 2022

 A Simplified Login Guide 2022/2023

UF All Access is a digital textbook service that provides lower prices on textbooks published by commercial publishers.

Before the first day of class, University of Florida students will receive their course materials digitally at a discount, with the option to opt out of the program.

The digital textbooks include study tools such as searching, highlighting, and taking notes.

Students will get fast access to digital textbooks and materials through UF All Access, carry lighter bookbags, and save at least 50 percent compared to printed textbooks.

According to studies, students who lack needed course materials on the first day of class may be disadvantaged.

This is why the University of Florida seeks to level the playing field for all Gators by providing cheaper, immediately accessible digital products.

What is UF All Access?

UF All Access is the digital course materials program at the University of Florida. Select courses are offered through UF All Access to provide students with the most affordable eBooks and Courseware. Students who elect to utilize these materials will receive immediate access to their homework system access codes and/or digital versions of their textbooks. The expenses will be automatically billed to their student accounts, and if they have appropriate Financial Aid, it will automatically cover these costs.

UF All Access option isn’t available to opt-in?

Typically, it takes 24 hours for new classes to show on the UF All Access page. If you need to opt into your course materials, please email All Access with your UF ID number, Course Code (i.e. MAC 1105), and 5-digit class number (found on your calendar), and the UF All Access team will manually add you.

I dropped a class. How do I request a refund?

When a course is dropped, UF All Access fees are returned instantly. This often occurs within three days of the class being dropped from your schedule. One UF allows you to view changes to your student account. If it has been more than 5 days after you dropped the course, send an email to allaccess@bsd.ufl.edu with your UF ID number and the course code (i.e. MAC 1105).

Can I use Bookstore Deferment to pay for my UF All Access charges?

Bookstore Deferment is NOT an additional award; it is a credit line offered to you regardless of your financial assistance status.

UF All Access charges will be posted automatically to your student account, and any excess rewards or scholarships will be applied to your UF Bookstore or All Access purchases before the remainder is disbursed to you.

If you do not have any surplus financial aid funds and you make a purchase utilizing the Bookstore Deferment credit or UF All Access, you will owe the Bursar’s office the amount of the purchase. At ONE.UF, balances can be viewed and paid.
