After being admitted and accepting the offer of admission, your sdsu.edu email account must be activated. Once completed, any future correspondence will be sent to your SDSU email address.

Even if you have not recently received an email from SDSU, you should check your AidLink account on a regular basis.

SDSU AidLink account is automatic once you apply

Financial aid application: When you apply online for financial aid, SDSU automatically creates your AidLink account based on the information you provide on your FAFSA or California Dream Act Application. Typically, your AidLink account will be accessible within seven to ten days of application.

SDSU scholarship application: If you have not already created an AidLink account by submitting your FAFSA or California Dream Act Application, the University will create one for you when you apply for an SDSU scholarship online. Your AidLink account is available immediately after submitting an online application for an SDSU Aztec Scholarship. You can log into your SDSU AidLink account at any time to view the status of your scholarship applications and rewards.
