Student Type Definitions

Continuing Student: Any student who has registered in a credit course at Mt. SAC and received a grade in one of the previous two normal semesters (excluding Summer and/or Winter Intersession).

Returning Student: Any student returning to Mt. SAC following an absence (i.e., did not receive a grade during any of the last two regular semesters or more).

New Student: Any student who has never taken credit-bearing courses at Mt. SAC.

  • Step 1
